
BOOKING POLICY
Koi Clients,
We will require a credit card number to schedule an appointment for our 24 hour cancellation policy. No deposit or charge will be taken from your credit card. We understand that emergencies can occur, in the event that you cancel your appointment less than 24 hours or you do not show up for your appointment, 50% of your service will be charged to your credit card. Please have your card of choice ready with you upon booking.
ALL FIRST TIME CLIENTS must book under their own name

Appointments are confirmed 48 hours before your appointment by text message from our team. Please ensure you confirm by replying “C”
Failure to reconfirm your appointment at least 24 hours before will result in cancellation of the appointment
We understand that delays can occur due to traffic or other unforeseen circumstances, We do offer a 15-minute grace period for all appointments. However, if you arrive more than 30 minutes late, your appointment will be cancelled, and a fee of 25% of the total service cost will be charged.
Please note that our stylists operate on a scheduled basis, and late arrivals can impact other clients’ appointments. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us stay on time for everyone.
